The 14x10ft Wooden Gable Roof Summerhouse is generously spacious, making it an ideal spot for relaxation, entertaining guests or indulging in your favourite hobbies. The gable roof not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also provides extra headroom and ensures efficient rainwater runoff.
One of the key features of this summerhouse is its 4ft double door. These wide doors offer easy access, making it convenient to move furniture or larger items in and out of the summerhouse. They also allow for a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, letting you enjoy the beauty of your garden from the comfort of your summerhouse.
Adding to its charm are the front-facing windows, which invite ample natural light into the summerhouse whilst providing splendid views of your garden. These windows are made from toughened glass, ensuring safety and durability.

Preparation and Preservation
To ensure the longevity and stability of your new 14 x 10ft Wooden Gable Roof Summerhouse, it must be positioned on a solid, level base made of concrete or paving slabs. Following installation, we highly recommend treating your building to preserve its quality and appearance. Due to the treatment used to preserve your timber structure, you may note a green colour to the wood. Please use outdoor wood stain to preserve and enhance the beauty of your building.
Optional Extras
We take pride in our ability to tailor all our buildings to our customer’s unique specifications. Our experienced craftsmen have the expertise and facilities to create your new shed in any design or size you desire. We can even customise the placement of windows and doors to best suit your needs and preferences.
Information On The Process Of Tanalising:
Your 14 x 10ft Wooden Gable Roof Summerhouse has been crafted from pressure-treated softwood, specifically, Swedish Redwood, using a process commonly known as Tanalising. This procedure involves impregnating the timber with an environmentally-friendly wood preservative, Tanalith E, under controlled conditions within a vacuum-pressure timber impregnation plant.
During this process, the preservative chemicals become permanently embedded in the timber, making them impossible to remove. Occasionally, this treatment may leave a green residue on the surface, which typically disappears with use. It’s important to note that this residue is not harmful and does not constitute a blemish. Rather, it’s a characteristic that can occur due to the treatment process. As we mentioned above, you can use wood stain to change the colour of your garden building to a preferred shade.
